Sheffield Property Association was established in 2017 and is an independent association of significant land-owning and development businesses in the city of Sheffield. Along with a wide range of professional organisations, they are helping create and support the built environment. In total the S-PA’s members own £4bn of assets in the city and are responsible for over 20,000 jobs.
SP-A work closely with Sheffield City Council, Sheffield City Region, the city’s two universities and partners across the country to raise the profile of Sheffield to help the city to attract new investment. They were formed to have a meaningful impact on the built environment in Sheffield and further afield. They are changing how the property sector is perceived across the UK and strive to establish a useful policy framework and support a quality of leadership that sees the city grow.
They are delighted to be supporting the Bears of Sheffield. They believe that Sheffield Children’s Hospital is one of the city’s most precious organisations.
