The Bear

TADO’s work is renowned for it’s cute, cheeky and playful nature, combining their interests and background in Asia with a good dollop of Sheffield humour. Their design for their Bear Brumble is inspired by the happy bunch of bees who live in the roof of Mike and Katie’s garage. They love to see them busy about the garden in the summer and they’re sure that Bears would love the bees and their honey too.

TADO
TADO is a pint-sized illustration power-house made up of the inseparable Mike and Katie. Based in Sheffield, they create characters and artwork that becomes mascots, murals, game-characters, toys, animations, fashion, sculptures and more. They work globally on exhibitions, collaborations and client projects and are the proud creators of Sheffield Children’s Hospital’s very special bear Theo. When they’re not scribbling away, they enjoy riding bikes, collecting all manner of oddities, and eating ice cream.
