We have partnered up with local businesses to offer you great rewards for collecting bears
Where to find your Paw Point offers
When you are on the trail map, you can access your paw point offers from 3 different places:

- By clicking on the paw points paw icon in the top right corner of the map
- In the Bearometer section of the trail, click on the yellow “My paw points” button
- In the yellow pop-up that appears once you have collected a bear, Click on “View paw point offers”
How do the offers work?

You will be able to browse a list of all the nearest offers available. At the top it tells you how many points you have to spend.
If you don’t have enough for certain offers, it will say “Keep collecting” on those offers.
Click on an offer to redeem it. This will take you through the offers process.
If you are claiming an offer in a shop or cafe
- First ask the retailer if they are happy to redeem the offer.
- Tap on the Pay with my points button. You will be asked if you’re sure, so don’t worry if you change your mind!
- Once you have done this, show your screen to the retailer to show you have paid, and then tap on the Seller confirmation button.
- This will complete the offers process and the retailed will redeem your offer.
If you are claiming an online offer
After steps 2 to 4, a link will appear at the bottom of the screen once you have clicked the Seller confirmation button.
Paw Points FAQs
If you collect a Big Bear you will earn 10 Paw Points. Little Bears don’t earn Paw Points. So if you collect all 60 big bears, you will have 600 points to spend.
Don’t spend them all at once!
Big Bears are promoting certain rewards on their pages because the retailer is local to the bear’s location, or it has an association with that bear. You will be able to claim any offer as long as you have enough points to do so.
We are adding to the list of Paw Point offers all the time, so if you would like to add your offer, please get in touch with us
I’m afraid this either means you’ve already redeemed it, or the retailer has removed their offer for some reason. Try somewhere else as there will be plenty of offers available.
Retailers may have all sorts of reasons for withdrawing their offers at short notice. You should accept their reply with kindness and move on. They are not legally entitled to redeem your points.
