The Bear
Twinkl is the official Education Partner for the Bears of Sheffield trail. They have created resources and provided design advice for schools that are taking part in the Little Bears trail.
Twinkl have also designed and painted this Bear, Rory, for the Big Bears trail in their bright and recognisable signature brand colours. The uplifting design features symbols and pictures that are synonymous with education, and also includes poetry and words that are meant to inspire visitors about learning.
Their Bear is lovingly named Rory after Twinkl employee Kelly’s son who has spent lots of time at Sheffield Children’s. The words from the poem on the Bear “…confidence turned whispers into a world-changing roar” really resonated with Kelly as until August last year they had never heard Rory laugh, cry or make a sound, and slowly his whispers have become more of a roar as he has grown with confidence.
