The Bear

Artist Jay Cover’s  Plants & Bees Bear design is based on spring time, around the time when he was actually making the Bear. Near to his studio there was a house where part of the garden was being converted into an allotment, and so he was simply responding to what was around him at the time.

Inspired by the nature, he admits he can get a bit conceptual sometimes with ideas, so with his Bear he just wanted to act quite intuitively and make something joyful and uplifting that represented a change from one situation into another.
